This project involved converting a 60 SqFt kitchen built in a former porch into a larger, more usable space. A particular challenge was dealing with the transition from former exterior wall to open space, and the discovery of a double roof system above this transition. Accessibility considerations were incorporated into this design, without compromising aesthetics. Relocating a skylight allowed for a new lighting concept, providing several options while using the space.
